LINEAR CUBE è un sistema di taglio laser innovativo a 5 assi dei quali 3 cartesiani (X, Y, Z) e due polari B, C. La struttura monolitica con sorgente laser a bordo permette di ridurre al massimo i tempi d’installazione e garantisce estrema stabilità degli allineamenti ottici. I motori lineari degli assi X e Y garantiscono prestazioni dinamiche eccellenti, con altissima precisione. I motori per gli assi rotativi (B, C) sono fissi ed il moto di rotazione è trasmesso alla testa di focalizzazione tramite dei canotti coassiali. Questo permette di ottenere una testa con dimensioni ridotte e tali da poterla inserire durante le lavorazioni in spazi molto ristretti. LINEAR CUBE is an innovative laser cutting system made up of 5 axes including 3 Cartesian (X,Y,Z) axes and two polar (B,C) axes. The monolithic structure featuring onboard laser source allows definitely reducing installation times while guaranteeing the utmost balance of optical alignments. The linear motors of X and Y axes ensure excellent dynamical performances along with very high accuracy. The motors for the rotary (B,C) axes are fixed and the rotary motion is transmitted to the focusing head through coaxial sleeves. This allows obtaining a head with such limited dimensions that it can be put in restricted spaces during cutting operations.
